The National TAX PAS Mobility Core team in Pune seeks a Senior Consultant to join their dynamic group.

This role is part of the National team, offering exposure to diverse industries and a well-rounded experience. Within the TAX PAS Mobility Core, you'll engage with clients on complex people-related challenges, focusing on tax and regulatory services for globally mobile employees. We leverage technology and deep expertise to provide strategic insights and drive sustainable value for our clients.

As a Senior Consultant in People Advisory Services (PAS), you will be instrumental in managing key workstreams and delivering high-quality solutions for complex client engagements. Your responsibilities include advising on individual income tax, global mobility, payroll tax, social security, and immigration matters. You'll be expected to supervise and coach team members, review deliverables, and build strong client relationships. Additionally, you will contribute to business development, proposal preparation, and identifying opportunities for service expansion.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a qualification such as a Chartered Accountant, or an equivalent postgraduate degree from a recognized institution. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in People Advisory Services, global mobility, tax, or regulatory services is required. Experience working with a global mobility consultancy, professional services firm, or an in-house mobility/tax function is highly valued.
