This Senior Consultant role is part of our National TAX - ITTS - Advisory team in Mumbai, contributing to sector-agnostic initiatives across diverse industries for a well-rounded professional experience.

As a Senior Consultant in Tax Advisory, you will bring demonstrated expertise in M&A Tax transactions and structuring. Your responsibilities will include analyzing complex deal scenarios, identifying tax implications across merger, acquisition, and restructuring activities, and applying technical tax knowledge to support due diligence, transaction planning, and advisory deliverables.

You will leverage your strong understanding of domestic and cross-border tax considerations relevant to M&A engagements. The role requires preparing clear, technically sound recommendations aligned with transaction objectives and compliance requirements, contributing significantly to client success.

To excel in this role, a CA qualification is essential, complemented by a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. We seek individuals who can collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal mandates.
