This Senior Consultant role within the National Tax Transaction Tax team offers a unique opportunity to advise diverse clients, from private equity investors to corporations, on all tax facets of their transactions. You will play a crucial role in structuring deals efficiently and conducting thorough tax due-diligence reviews.

The National team collaborates across industries, providing a well-rounded experience. Our TAX - ITTS - Advisory practice offers connected services across all tax disciplines, leveraging expertise and technology to help clients navigate rapid change and make informed business decisions. We assist companies globally in understanding and complying with tax policies, while also employing transformative technologies to manage risks and drive sustainable value.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality transaction tax services. Your core responsibilities include advising companies and private equity investors on tax implications of transactions, structuring deals for tax efficiency, and performing tax due diligence on potential targets.

You will also guide clients on corporate restructuring to achieve tax and regulatory efficiencies and business objectives, including succession planning. Working on a spectrum of deals, from small business acquisitions to major transactions like mergers and acquisitions, will be key to your career development.

Your role involves conducting engagements professionally, adhering to client expectations and contractual terms. Building productive client relationships is paramount. You will also mentor interns and consultants, contributing to their growth. Internally, you'll share knowledge, improve processes, and network with colleagues to enhance client issue resolution and ensure adherence to risk management strategies.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
