This role is for a Senior Consultant in the National Tax department, specifically within the Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) team in Pune. The GCR team collaborates globally to provide comprehensive tax services, leveraging exceptional knowledge, experience, and technology to help clients navigate an era of rapid change and make informed business decisions. We assist companies in understanding international tax policies and laws, ensuring compliance and planning.

Develop scalable, automation-driven tax compliance and reporting solutions using Python. Build robust APIs and integrate compliance workflows efficiently with FastAPI. Apply AI and data science techniques to enhance reporting accuracy and process intelligence. Analyze compliance data to identify patterns and support global reporting needs. Translate technical solutions into high-quality outputs aligned with tax governance and compliance requirements.

This role requires a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or a Master of Computer Applications. A minimum of 4 years of experience in Full Stack Development, 3 years in Backend Development, and 2 years in Frontend Development is essential. Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, AI, and data science techniques is crucial. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills for compliance data, the ability to develop APIs, and experience in translating technical concepts into actionable solutions for tax compliance and reporting.
