This role is within our National Tax (NAT) division, specifically the Corporate Transformation & Transactions Services team in Bangalore. NAT comprises sector-agnostic teams that provide diverse industry exposure. Our Tax Law team offers integrated tax services globally, assisting clients in navigating rapid changes. We combine deep expertise with advanced platforms to deliver insights and support better business decisions. Drive technical excellence in tax advisory, with a focus on corporate transformation and transaction services. This includes leveraging expert knowledge of the Companies Act and LODR. We are seeking a Qualified Company Secretary with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a consulting environment.
