Your core responsibilities will involve ensuring technical excellence in tax advisory and compliance.

This includes: - Possessing a strong working knowledge of the Income Tax Act and Goods and Services Tax (GST). - Familiarity with Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Regulations and relevant Gujarat local laws. - Evaluating and analyzing IFSCA regulations, master circulars, and notifications from RBI, SEBI, and IRDAI for financial services entities in GIFT City. - Developing expert viewpoints on the applicability and implications of IFSCA regulations for various business models. - Collaborating with stakeholders to draft comments on consultation papers and draft regulations. - Proactively tracking regulatory updates pertinent to GIFT City. - Creating and managing a Compliance Calendar and monitoring its adherence. - Demonstrating advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. - Exhibiting excellent drafting and communication abilities.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
