Your core responsibilities will include evaluating and analyzing regulations from IFSCA, RBI, SEBI, and IRDAI for financial services entities operating in GIFT City. You will develop a strong point of view on the application and implications of these regulations for various business models.

Key tasks involve assessing consultation papers and draft regulations, coordinating with stakeholders to provide comprehensive comments, and tracking relevant regulatory updates. You will also be instrumental in creating and monitoring a Compliance Calendar/Check Tool.

A high degree of proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential, alongside excellent drafting and communication capabilities.

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong working knowledge of the Income Tax Act and a foundational understanding of Goods and Services Tax (GST), Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Regulations, and Gujarat local laws.

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Professional qualifications such as CA or an MBA are required.
