Join our team as a Senior Consultant focused on Finance Transformation and Business Finance, leveraging CCH Tagetik solutions. This role is central to driving functional excellence and enabling innovation within enterprise technology for our clients.

We are seeking an experienced professional to design and implement robust financial systems. Your expertise will guide clients through complex financial processes, ensuring seamless integration and accurate reporting. Lead client workshops to define intricate business requirements and architect CCH Tagetik solutions aligned with strategic objectives. Configure data models, dimensions, workflows, business rules, forms, reports, and dashboards to optimize financial operations.

Spearhead the implementation and support of key financial processes including Financial Consolidation & Close, Budgeting & Forecasting, Management Reporting, FP&A, Disclosure Management, and Regulatory Reporting. Ensure adherence to IFRS, US GAAP, and local accounting standards.

Design and manage integrations between Tagetik and leading ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, or Workday. Perform rigorous data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting to maintain data integrity.

Drive end-to-end project delivery, meticulously managing deliverables and timelines for assigned workstreams. Actively participate in solution architecture discussions and design reviews, fostering collaboration with business, functional, and technical teams.

Provide critical support for UAT, training, production deployment, and hypercare activities. Analyze and resolve production incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes. Champion continuous improvement and automation initiatives, supporting system upgrades and new feature adoption.

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is required, alongside 4-8 years of experience in CPM/EPM implementations. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on CCH Tagetik experience and successful completion of at least two full-cycle Tagetik implementation projects are essential.

A strong understanding of core financial and accounting processes is fundamental to this role. Preferred qualifications include professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, an MBA in Finance, or equivalent, along with CCH Tagetik Certification.

Experience in global finance transformation initiatives and familiarity with ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, S/4HANA, Workday, or similar systems will be highly advantageous. Essential technical skills include proficiency in Tagetik for Financial Consolidation, Budgeting & Planning, Forecasting, Reporting & Analytics, Workflow Configuration, Data Modeling, Allocation Rules, and Disclosure Management.
