As a key member of the Enterprise Technology & Performance team, you will contribute to enhancing functional excellence and fostering innovation. This position is crucial for enabling long-term growth and operational efficiency through robust technology implementations.

You will spearhead the complete lifecycle of Board EPM implementations, from initial requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Your expertise will be vital in designing and delivering sophisticated solutions for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, annual business planning, and Management Information System (MIS) reporting.

Conducting essential requirement workshops, you will translate complex business needs into scalable EPM solutions and detailed technical specifications. This includes developing Proofs of Concept (PoCs), solution architectures, product demonstrations, and compelling technical presentations. You'll also actively participate in pre-sales activities, including RFP/RFI responses, requirement scoping, and effort estimation, while managing project deliverables, timelines, resources, and risks across multiple projects.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Engineering, or a related field is required. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 8 years of experience in EPM/CPM or enterprise planning solutions, demonstrating strong hands-on expertise with Board EPM.

Proven experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, planning, and management reporting is essential. You should possess solid experience in EPM solution design, implementation, and project delivery, complemented by robust skills in team leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting. Demonstrated success in pre-sales, PoCs, RFP/RFI responses, solution scoping, and effort estimation is also a key requirement for this role.
