Join our dynamic team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Finance Transformation and CCH Tagetik solutions. This role offers a prime opportunity to drive impactful changes within business finance functions by leveraging cutting-edge enterprise technology. You will be instrumental in shaping innovative strategies and ensuring long-term growth for our clients.

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead workshops for requirement gathering, design and implement CCH Tagetik solutions, and configure various aspects of the platform including data models, workflows, and reports. You'll also support end-to-end project lifecycles, manage project deliverables, and collaborate with diverse teams to ensure successful implementation. Key areas of focus include Financial Consolidation, Budgeting & Forecasting, Management Reporting, FP&A, Disclosure Management, and Regulatory Reporting, ensuring alignment with IFRS, US GAAP, and local standards. Additionally, you will design and support ERP system integrations and develop comprehensive financial reports and dashboards.

Your role will extend to supporting production issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and interacting with Finance, Controllership, FP&A, and IT stakeholders. You will also mentor junior consultants, share knowledge, and present solution designs and recommendations effectively.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in CPM/EPM implementations is required, with at least 3 years of hands-on CCH Tagetik experience. Proven experience in at least two full-cycle Tagetik implementation projects is essential. A strong understanding of financial and accounting processes is critical for success. Preferred qualifications include CA, CPA, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent certifications, along with CCH Tagetik certification. Experience in global finance transformation projects and familiarity with ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, S/4HANA, or Workday are highly advantageous.
