Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements for SPM processes, and configuring, customizing, and enhancing various ITSM modules. You will develop and maintain Service Catalog items, record producers, and approval workflows. Building automation using Flow Designer for request fulfillment, approvals, notifications, and SLA management is also a core function. Additionally, you will design, develop, and support REST-based integrations with third-party systems and work on CMDB configuration and health improvements.

Responsibilities also encompass assisting in ServiceNow upgrades, update set migrations, testing, and deployment activities. Creating and maintaining technical documentation, design documents, SOPs, and runbooks will be crucial. Ensuring solutions adhere to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and ITIL standards is paramount. Collaboration with stakeholders, process owners, and cross-functional teams for continuous improvement is expected.

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with 5-8 years of experience, specifically in Strategic Portfolio Management. Essential hands-on expertise includes Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, and Service Portal/Workspace customizations. A strong background in ServiceNow SPM development is required. Familiarity with ITSM modules such as Virtual Agent, Event Management, Performance Analytics, Request Management, Knowledge Management, CMDB, and Asset Management is necessary.

Proficiency in developing Service Catalog items, record producers, and approval workflows is expected. Experience with building automation using Flow Designer for request fulfillment, approvals, notifications, and SLA management is a must. The role requires designing, developing, and supporting REST-based integrations. Experience with CMDB configuration, CI class modelling, and relationships is vital.
