We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Consultant with a strong background in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). This role is crucial for ensuring business continuity and alignment with organizational goals through robust enterprise technology solutions.

Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements for SPM processes, configuring and customizing ITSM modules like Virtual Agent, Event Management, and Performance Analytics. You will develop and maintain Service Catalog items, build automation using Flow Designer, and design REST-based integrations with third-party systems. Responsibilities also encompass CMDB configuration, assisting with ServiceNow upgrades, and creating comprehensive technical documentation adhering to best practices and ITIL standards.

Further duties involve collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams for continuous improvement, addressing integration failures, SLA breaches, and performance issues. You will also work on CI class modelling, relationships, and CMDB health improvements.

Candidates should possess 5-8 years of relevant experience and hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, and Service Portal/Workspace customizations. A strong understanding of ServiceNow SPM is essential. Familiarity with ITSM modules, Service Catalog, and REST integrations is required.

Experience in CMDB configuration and ServiceNow upgrades is also necessary. The role requires the ability to create technical documentation, design documents, SOPs, and runbooks. A commitment to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and ITIL standards is expected, along with strong collaboration skills.
