Your primary responsibilities will include leading the design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow SPM solutions covering modules like Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource, and Financial Planning. You will translate stakeholder requirements into scalable technical solutions, develop custom workflows and automations, and implement end-to-end project lifecycle processes. Additionally, you will configure portfolio structures, roadmaps, and financial plans, enable prioritization models, and build insightful dashboards and reports. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and support for integrations and testing activities are key aspects of this role.

We are seeking candidates with 5-6 years of robust experience in ServiceNow SPM, including deep expertise in its various modules and customization capabilities. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and IntegrationHub is essential, as is experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications. A strong understanding of Agile methodologies, project lifecycle management, and platform governance best practices is required. Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills are a must. Preferred certifications include CSA, CAD, or CIS – Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
