You will collaborate with teams to analyze client operations, gather data, and develop optimal supply chain models. Work collaboratively to analyze client operations, gather data, brainstorm options, and determine optimal supply chain models. Assist supply chain leadership in resolving complex challenges and enhancing business value. Support supply chain organizations in designing operating models and developing core capabilities for competitive advantage. Improve operational and financial performance while managing supply chain-related risks. Advise clients and executives on strategy creation and capability development for enterprise-wide decision-making. Enhance client operations and strengthen stakeholder management through expert guidance. Deliver solutions that create impact within client organizations and at the market level.

A minimum of 5 years of consulting experience or industry experience in supply chain transformation is essential. A strong, demonstrated interest in consulting and advisory client service is required. An MBA from a premium business school or an equivalent qualification is mandatory. Prior experience in managing teams is a valuable asset. Excellent academic credentials for both undergraduate and graduate studies are expected. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary. Demonstrated willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently. This role involves significant travel requirements.
