Lead the development of AI/ML and advanced analytics solutions for intricate supply chain and network operations problems. Translate complex business needs into actionable analytical strategies across demand forecasting, inventory management, procurement, logistics, and planning. Develop and refine predictive models, forecasting systems, optimization algorithms, and simulation tools. Design and implement state-of-the-art Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and intelligent workflows.

Oversee model validation processes and ensure smooth transitions from proof-of-concept to production-ready solutions. Collaborate closely with engineering, cloud, data, and application teams to deploy scalable and robust solutions. Mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and conducting thorough technical reviews. Contribute to client presentations, proposal development, and the creation of reusable AI/analytics assets.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), or Advanced Analytics is essential. Proficiency in Python and SQL, coupled with strong expertise in ML and statistical modeling, is required. A deep understanding of forecasting, optimization, operations research, and simulation techniques is crucial. Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and Agentic AI is highly valued.

Familiarity with ML/AI frameworks and major cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is expected. Knowledge of MLOps, deployment strategies, monitoring, and model lifecycle management is necessary. While not mandatory, prior experience in supply chain or manufacturing environments is preferred.
