Spearhead the development of AI/ML and optimization solutions for intricate supply chain issues. Translate business needs into actionable analytical models for demand, inventory, procurement, logistics, and planning. Design and implement advanced predictive, forecasting, optimization, and simulation models. Integrate GenAI and Agentic AI, including LLMs and AI agents, into intelligent workflows. Lead model validation and facilitate the seamless transition of solutions from concept to production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and cloud specialists, to deploy scalable solutions. Mentor junior team members and conduct thorough technical reviews. Contribute to client presentations, solution design, proposal writing, and the creation of reusable AI/analytics assets.

We are seeking candidates with over 4 years of experience in Data Science, ML, AI, or Advanced Analytics. Proficiency in Python and SQL, coupled with strong ML and statistical modeling skills, is essential. A solid understanding of forecasting, optimization, operations research, and simulation techniques is required. Experience with GenAI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and Agentic AI is necessary. Familiarity with ML/AI frameworks and major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is expected. Knowledge of MLOps, deployment, monitoring, and model lifecycle management is a plus. Prior experience in supply chain or manufacturing is preferred. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team mentoring abilities are crucial for success in this role.
