This role demands a meticulous approach to project oversight, from reviewing schedules and contractor submissions to proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining project momentum and ensuring high standards of delivery.

Engage collaboratively with government departments and stakeholders to facilitate project timelines. You will be instrumental in developing early-warning systems and preparing comprehensive reports for senior officials.

Key responsibilities include meticulously reviewing project schedules, work plans, and contractor submissions. You will track crucial project milestones, identify potential delays, bottlenecks, cost risks, quality issues, and dependencies, recommending appropriate corrective actions.

Coordinating effectively with government departments is essential for timely project execution. Maintain detailed project-wise dashboards and MIS reports covering physical progress, financial status, milestones, risks, and actions.

Develop early-warning mechanisms for projects facing risks of delay or cost escalation. Prepare periodic progress reports, management dashboards, and presentations for senior government officials. Support review meetings and maintain action trackers for efficient issue resolution.

This role requires a proactive individual adept at program management and infrastructure monitoring. You will support data collection and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing project delivery.
