Join our advisory services team, supporting the World Police and Fire Games (WPFG) Strategic Programme Management Unit (SPMU). This role offers the chance to leverage your expertise in sports event planning, coordination, and successful delivery, working closely with client stakeholders and sports authorities to ensure the smooth execution of major events.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in providing critical subject matter expertise. Your contributions will directly impact the effectiveness of event management and the overall success of the WPFG, a high-profile international sporting event.

Provide expert technical input for the meticulous planning and successful delivery of all WPFG sporting events and associated operations. Facilitate seamless coordination among sports federations, government bodies, venue operators, and organizing committees. Offer strategic advice on competition management, operational logistics, event scheduling, and readiness assessments.

Develop comprehensive event delivery plans, robust operational frameworks, and detailed implementation schedules. Actively monitor event preparation activities, proactively identifying potential risks and formulating effective mitigation strategies. Support essential stakeholder engagement, reporting mechanisms, and governance activities.

A graduate or postgraduate degree in Sports Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required. Candidates must possess a minimum of six years of demonstrated experience in the field of sports event management.

Essential experience includes working with Central and/or State Sports Departments on significant multi-sport national and/or international sporting events. Proven experience supporting the planning, coordination, or delivery of large-scale sporting events is also a key requirement for this role.
