Join our dynamic team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Procurement Technology. In this role, you will be instrumental in configuring and optimizing the Ivalua platform to meet diverse business requirements. You will collaborate closely with senior team members and project managers, contributing to the successful delivery of end-to-end project activities.

Key responsibilities include assisting with Ivalua platform configuration, supporting project managers with end-to-end project execution, and utilizing SQL for comprehensive data validation, extraction, transformation, and analysis.

You will actively participate in data migration initiatives and interface testing, meticulously documenting functional specifications, test cases, and user manuals. Tracking project deliverables, providing status updates, and supporting issue resolution are also crucial aspects of this role.

Furthermore, you will coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams including Tech, Procurement, and IT. Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training programs, as well as identifying process gaps and recommending workflow improvements, will be integral to your success.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with the Ivalua platform. A solid understanding of SQL and fundamental database concepts is essential.

Strong analytical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication and documentation skills are highly valued. The ideal candidate demonstrates a genuine eagerness to learn new technology platforms and enterprise tools.
