Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Procurement Technology. You'll be instrumental in driving functional excellence and innovation within enterprise technology solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass gathering and documenting business requirements for overall solutions, and actively participating in Coupa configuration, implementation, and support. You will ensure adherence to industry best practices and work with stakeholders to align customer expectations, facilitating smooth and timely project delivery.

Key tasks include preparing and validating test cases for implemented modules, resolving client issues, and documenting resolutions. You will also interact with end-users to map applications to business processes, conduct gap analyses, and suggest process improvements based on application capabilities and industry best practices. Additionally, you'll support formal documentation, provide functional inputs to the technical team, and contribute to the training of the Coupa team, including pre-sales activities.

We are looking for candidates with 4 to 8 years of experience in S2P (Source-to-Pay) and BSM (Business Spend Management) system functionality and configurations. A background in Procurement, Invoicing, Sourcing, Catalogue Management, Contract Management, and Vendor Management is essential.

Familiarity with Coupa integration and mapping to legacy systems is a significant advantage. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in procurement technology. Immediate joiners are preferred for this hybrid role in Bengaluru.
