This Senior Consultant role in Supply Chain & Network Operations focuses on establishing and refining a standardized MMF (Master Financial Model) across business units.

You will play a crucial role in defining governance policies, driving forecasting methodology improvements, and managing the BP cycle coordination. Your expertise will ensure data accuracy and alignment for integrated planning, while also delivering insightful ongoing MMF reporting.

This position involves identifying risks and opportunities related to commodity markets, quantifying financial impacts, and providing forward-looking analysis to support strategic decision-making. You will also be responsible for designing and delivering reporting frameworks and dashboards, fostering data-driven insights and driving adoption of analytics tools.

The role requires strong collaboration with global stakeholders, including Finance, Procurement, and Business Units, acting as a key liaison for analytics teams. Foundational understanding of Microsoft tools like Fabric, Power Apps, and Power BI is essential for data modeling, workflow management, and visualization.

Establish a standardized MMF model with revised taxonomy across Business Units and enforce governance policies. Drive standardization and alignment of forecasting methodologies, acting as the central owner of MMF governance and best practices. Maintain and continuously refine the MMF forecasting model, improving forecast accuracy through analysis and enhancements. Integrate market indicators and commodity data, performing variance analysis to ensure model robustness and scalability. Own coordination of MMF inputs during BP and forecast refresh cycles, validating data completeness and accuracy. Ensure alignment between market forecasts and financial planning assumptions, collaborating with Finance, Procurement, and BU teams. Deliver monthly MMF updates, highlighting material changes, key drivers, and providing leadership-ready insights on financial exposure and market risks. Quantify financial impact on business performance and planning assumptions, providing early warning signals for market shifts. Design and deliver dashboards and reporting frameworks for commodity forecast trends, variance, financial impact, and key drivers. Partner with Finance, Procurement, and BU stakeholders globally, driving adoption of MMF frameworks and reporting outputs.

Possess 6–10 years of experience in FP&A, forecasting, financial modeling, or analytics. Experience in commodity forecasting, market analytics, or cost modeling is preferred. Proven ability to build or manage centralized analytics/reporting capabilities is a plus, with GCC/CoE experience being advantageous. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional global stakeholders is essential. Exposure to commodity-linked cost structures and market-driven planning is beneficial. Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills are required. Experience working across global stakeholders, multiple BUs, and cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Procurement) is necessary. Basic familiarity with automation/AI-enabled contract analysis tools is required.
