Join Deloitte as a Senior Consultant in Supply Chain & Network Operations in Bengaluru. This role is pivotal in establishing and operationalizing a GCC-led RFP support capability. You will drive standardized, efficient, and compliant sourcing execution across RFx processes, empowering business units with high-quality sourcing support. Leverage best-in-class processes, digital tools, and analytics to ensure speed, transparency, and value realization throughout the sourcing lifecycle, from project setup and supplier selection to negotiations, contracting, and analytics.

Key responsibilities encompass managing the end-to-end RFP lifecycle. This includes RFP preparation and strategy development, stakeholder alignment, market intelligence gathering, and supplier longlisting/shortlisting. You will also be responsible for drafting and issuing RFP documentation, defining evaluation frameworks, and managing documentation governance. Supplier outreach strategy design and execution, bid management, supplier coordination, and ensuring transparent communication are crucial. Furthermore, you will support evaluation and award processes, perform TCO analysis, and prepare recommendation documentation.

Additional duties involve managing contract templates and documentation, ensuring governance, compliance, and reporting. This includes adherence to global procurement policies and regulatory requirements, identifying risks and compliance gaps, and tracking RFP performance metrics. Digital enablement and continuous improvement through leveraging procurement tools and automation are also key aspects of this role.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with approximately 5–8 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, or RFx execution. A strong background in global procurement environments, particularly within MedTech, Pharma, or FMCG/CPG sectors, is preferred. Proven experience in RFQ/RFP lifecycle management and sourcing tools, along with a solid understanding of S2C and Strategic Sourcing processes, is essential. Experience in multi-BU/global operating models and Center of Excellence (CoE) structures is highly valued.

Advanced knowledge of procurement processes and applications is expected. Excellent stakeholder management, coordination skills, and the ability to work effectively across global teams, multiple business units, and cross-functional departments (Legal, Finance, Procurement) are critical. Familiarity with automation and AI-enabled contract analysis tools, as well as workflow automation tools and digital reporting, is beneficial. A Bachelor’s degree (B. Com, BBA, BMS, or equivalent) is required, with an MBA or master’s degree being preferred. Certifications in Procurement/Sourcing (CIPS, CPSM) are considered a plus.
