Lead critical supply chain transformation projects, focusing on planning, sourcing, and manufacturing processes. Drive initiatives for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency. Collaborate closely with client leadership to develop and implement robust supply chain strategies. Oversee diagnostics, solution design, and the deployment of best practices. Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring project success.

Ensure high-quality project delivery, meeting all timelines and stakeholder expectations. Mentor junior team members, fostering their professional development. Support business development activities, including proposal creation and client presentations. Lead project workstreams, build strong client relationships, and contribute to practice development and knowledge sharing.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is essential, with a preference for an MBA from a Tier I or Tier II institute. We require a minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain consulting or industry, with prior experience in leading consulting firms being advantageous. Hands-on experience in demand/supply planning, procurement/strategic sourcing, and manufacturing/shopfloor operations is crucial.

Essential competencies include a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, experience with supply chain transformation and digital initiatives, and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are vital, along with the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. Exposure to supply chain tools/platforms and experience in relevant industries are considered preferred.
