We are seeking individuals with a strong consulting aptitude and a passion for tackling complex transformation projects. Experience or academic background in the Development or Social Sector is highly valued, alongside a solid understanding of measurement frameworks and approaches.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies for large-scale transformation exercises, conducting thorough research on measurement frameworks, and applying a base level of knowledge in development sector policy, strategy, finance, and operations. You will also be involved in data analysis and research techniques, contributing to impactful projects.

Additional duties involve leveraging excellent academic credentials and demonstrating outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Leadership qualities, robust project management abilities, and a proactive approach to independent learning are essential. The role also requires a willingness to travel to remote tier-3 locations as needed.

A minimum of 4 years of professional experience is required, with demonstrated engagement in areas such as CSR, Fundraising, Project Management, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Growth, Marketing, or Sales. Essential educational qualifications include a B.Tech or a Graduation degree in Public Policy, Economics, Management, or a related field.

Successful candidates will possess strong research and understanding of measurement frameworks, approaches, methods, tools, and techniques. A foundational knowledge of development sector policy, strategy, finance, operations, data analysis, and research techniques is also crucial.
