You will be instrumental in applying measurement frameworks, tools, and techniques, while developing a foundational understanding of development sector policy, strategy, finance, and operations.

This role also involves conducting thorough data analysis and research, utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively, and demonstrating leadership qualities. Proactive initiative-taking and a willingness to learn independently are highly valued, alongside a readiness to travel to remote locations.

A minimum of 4 years of professional experience is required, with a focus on CSR, Fundraising, Project Management, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Growth, Marketing, or Sales. Essential educational qualifications include a B.Tech or Graduation degree in Public Policy, Economics, Management, or a related field.
