Join our Technology & Transformation practice as a Senior Consultant specializing in Data Modernization and Migration. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through the transition of their legacy data warehousing and analytics workloads to the Snowflake Data Cloud. This role offers the opportunity to build deep expertise in Snowflake and contribute significantly to impactful client projects, moving towards independent ownership of migration components.

Your primary focus will be supporting customer migrations by executing technical workstreams for legacy data warehousing, data lake, and enterprise analytics to Snowflake. You will design, develop, and deploy solutions using various tools and adhering to design principles. This includes configuring processes efficiently, understanding existing workflows, facilitating change requirements, and resolving daily operational issues. Maintaining comprehensive documentation for solutions and test procedures is also a key aspect of this role.

We are seeking candidates with 5-8 years of experience in technical consulting, data engineering, or data warehousing. Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages like Python for data pipelines and migration tasks is essential. Prior exposure to legacy platforms such as Teradata, Netezza, Oracle, SQL Server, or Hadoop/Cloudera, along with a major cloud platform, is required. A Snowflake SnowPro Core certification is highly preferred, and cloud certifications from AWS, Azure, or GCP are a plus. A B.E./B.Tech. or M.C.A. in Computer Science from a reputable university is necessary.
