Seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Site Reliability Engineering team in Bengaluru. This role focuses on enhancing the reliability and performance of hybrid cloud environments.

You will play a crucial part in ensuring application uptime and driving continuous improvement through robust operational practices and adherence to ITIL best practices.

Maintain exceptional application uptime and performance, manage system enhancements and defects, and oversee daily operational activities.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices for service, incident, change, and problem management.

Effectively resolve production and application support issues, including user access and report-related fixes at an L2 level.

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required, alongside 5-10 years of experience in software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.

Demonstrate strong proficiency in software engineering, SRE, DevOps, and production support, with a solid grasp of reliability engineering principles like SLIs and SLOs.

Experience with AWS services, automation/scripting (Python, SHELL, YAML), CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools (Splunk, Grafana) is essential.

Familiarity with ITSM processes and tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA is highly beneficial.
