This position focuses on developing advanced Salesforce solutions, leveraging configuration and customization capabilities to meet client needs. You will proactively manage risks, identify process improvements, and contribute to our firm's knowledge base in various sectors. Awareness of global technology trends and their impact on client functions is crucial.

Develop sophisticated solutions utilizing Salesforce's configuration and customization features to address complex client requirements. Proactively identify and mitigate risks within your workstream, escalating issues to leadership when necessary. Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of core business processes for clients.

Contribute to our firm's eminence by building sector-specific knowledge and staying abreast of emerging technologies. Ensure own work and workstreams consistently meet engagement objectives and Deloitte's stringent quality standards. Manage client relationships effectively and lead multi-member teams to successful project completion, ensuring all deliverables are met.

A minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in management or consulting is required, with a strong emphasis on SFDC architecture. Prior, mandatory experience with Salesforce is essential. You should possess extensive experience in solution design, client management, client demonstrations, and conducting design & development workshops. A solid understanding of Salesforce features like Lightning, integration, and project implementation methodologies is necessary.

Demonstrated experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds is required. Experience in managing clients and leading multi-member teams on past projects is essential. Strong project discipline, organization, focus, and drive towards deliverable dates are critical. Knowledge of Heroku and e-commerce is considered a plus.

Possess the ability to understand intricate requirements, prepare accurate effort estimates, and contribute to overall system design. Familiarity with implementation best practices on the Force.com platform and Salesforce is expected. You must be capable of developing all project-related documentation, including requirement documents, system design documents, use cases, test plans, and training manuals. Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado and Jenkins is highly valued.
