As a Senior Consultant, you will own your workstreams, ensuring they meet project objectives and Deloitte's high-quality standards. Develop innovative solutions using Salesforce's configuration and customization capabilities.

Proactively identify and resolve workstream risks, escalating issues as needed. Pinpoint avenues to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of key business processes.

Contribute to sector knowledge by engaging in firm initiatives and attending industry conferences. Apply insights into global trends to address client needs and refine recommendations.

Understand and articulate the impact of emerging technologies on relevant business functions and processes.

Mandatory Salesforce experience is essential for this role. We require extensive expertise in solution design, client management, delivering impactful client demos, and facilitating design and development workshops.

A strong grasp of Salesforce features, including Lightning and integration capabilities, along with a solid understanding of project implementation methodologies, is crucial. Prior experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds is expected.

Additionally, the ability to interpret requirements, prepare accurate effort estimates, and design comprehensive system architectures is key. Proven experience in client handling and leading multi-member teams on recent projects is highly valued.

Demonstrate strong project discipline, organization, focus, and commitment to achieving delivery dates. Familiarity with Force.com platform and Salesforce implementation best practices is necessary.

You will be responsible for developing all project-related documentation, including requirement documents, system design documents, use cases, test plans, and training manuals. Team leadership and client deliverable management are core aspects of this position.

Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado and Jenkins is also required.

Desired qualifications include 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in a management or consulting-oriented environment, with at least 3-4 end-to-end SFDC implementation experiences globally or in India. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering from a premier institute is required. Willingness to travel for short and long durations is also a requirement.
