As a Consultant/Senior Consultant in our HR Transformation team, you will cultivate strong client and team relationships to exceed expectations. You will implement SAP SuccessFactors in a global context, focusing on configuration, implementation, and production/warranty support. Key responsibilities include:

- Designing, configuring, and documenting SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements. - Analyzing current business processes and recommending innovative solutions. - Assisting in developing functional specifications for enhancements. - Supporting testing processes, developing test scripts, and identifying issues. - Providing application support, system testing, and end-user training. - Collaborating with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SuccessFactors solutions.

We are seeking a certified SAP SuccessFactors practitioner with 3-5 years of experience. Essential qualifications include:

- Deep understanding of Onboarding processes, new hire activities, and compliance. - Proven experience with Onboarding 2.0 configuration, including process variants and business rules. - Knowledge of Onboarding and Employee Central integration. - Experience in full-cycle implementations (minimum 3). - Ability to lead client workshops and SAP SuccessFactors module implementations. - Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements and recommend solutions. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Project management tools. - A Bachelor’s/Post Graduation Diploma/Master’s Degree in a relevant field like Business, Economics, Human Resource Management, or Psychology. - An eagerness to embrace digital transformation and learn new technologies.
