As a Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in:

- Designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards. - Creating and managing scalable semantic models, datasets, and data warehouse reporting solutions. - Developing complex DAX calculations, measures, KPIs, and business logic. - Performing data modeling using dimensional modeling principles. - Optimizing Power BI report performance and dataset refreshes for enterprise environments. - Collaborating with business users and stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions. - Building and maintaining ETL/ELT processes using SQL, Power Query, Microsoft Fabric, or cloud data platforms. - Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, governance, and security. - Implementing row-level security, workspace management, and report lifecycle management. - Supporting BI platform modernization and migration initiatives. - Leveraging automation tools like Power Automate and Power Apps. - Working with data engineering teams to integrate data from various enterprise sources. - Providing technical guidance, troubleshooting, and support for Power BI users. - Adhering to BI development standards and governance frameworks.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field. - 4-7 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Power BI Development. - Strong expertise with Microsoft Power BI Desktop and Service. - Advanced proficiency in DAX, SQL, and Power Query (M). - Experience in designing and implementing enterprise data models and semantic models. - A solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, star schema, and dimensional modeling. - Experience with SQL Server and cloud data platforms like Snowflake or Amazon Redshift. - Proven experience in developing executive dashboards, operational reports, and KPI scorecards. - Excellent stakeholder management and business requirement gathering skills. - Demonstrated experience in report optimization, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with Agile development environments.

Preferred skills include experience with Microsoft Fabric, SSRS, SSAS, Power Apps, Power Automate, and BI migration projects from platforms like Tableau, Spotfire, or Qlik to Power BI.
