This role is central to designing, developing, and maintaining robust enterprise automation solutions. You will work collaboratively to build scalable workflows that streamline business processes, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with organizational best practices.

Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate Desktop workflows for efficient business process automation. Build and optimize Power Automate Cloud Flows, seamlessly integrating Microsoft 365, Dataverse, APIs, Azure services, and external applications. Develop and enhance Power Apps Canvas Apps, incorporating custom business logic and integrations. Design and optimize SQL databases, queries, stored procedures, and data integrations. Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents for automation solutions. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions through close stakeholder collaboration. Implement best practices for security, governance, documentation, and version control. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automations for improved performance and reliability. Support solution deployment and provide post-production assistance. Participate in design reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Demonstrate 8+ years of experience in Power Platform and automation development. Possess strong expertise in Power Automate Desktop, Power Automate Cloud Flows, Power Apps Canvas Apps, and SQL Development. Showcase proficiency with Dataverse, REST APIs, Connectors, and Power Platform Governance. Experience in preparing HLD and LLD documentation is essential. Proven ability to integrate enterprise applications and external systems. Maintain a strong understanding of automation frameworks, exception handling, logging, and monitoring. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform architecture is required. Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, stored procedures, and performance tuning. BE/B.Tech degree is required. Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Git is a plus. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell is desirable. Microsoft certifications (PL-400, PL-500, or PL-600) are preferred.
