We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Developer with a strong background in Power BI, SQL, and modern data platforms. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and delivering impactful data solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across various business functions.

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards for business stakeholders. Create and manage scalable semantic models, datasets, and data warehouse reporting solutions. Develop complex DAX calculations, measures, KPIs, and business logic. Perform data modeling using dimensional modeling principles and best practices. Optimize Power BI report performance, dataset refreshes, and DAX queries. Collaborate with business users and leadership to translate requirements into analytical solutions. Build and maintain ETL/ELT processes using SQL, Power Query, Microsoft Fabric, or cloud-based data platforms. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and security across reporting solutions. Implement row-level security, workspace management, and report lifecycle management. Support BI platform modernization and migration initiatives. Leverage automation tools to streamline reporting and business processes. Integrate data from various enterprise data sources like SQL Server, Snowflake, and Amazon Redshift. Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for Power BI users.

Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field. Bring 4-7 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Power BI Development. Demonstrate strong proficiency with Microsoft Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service. Exhibit advanced skills in DAX, SQL, and Power Query (M). Showcase experience in designing and implementing enterprise data models and semantic models. Possess a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, star schema, and dimensional modeling. Have experience with SQL Server and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or Amazon Redshift. Experience developing executive dashboards, operational reports, and KPI scorecards is essential. Strong stakeholder management and business requirement gathering skills are required. Proven experience in report optimization, performance tuning, and troubleshooting is necessary. Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.
