Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB modules.

Configure core ITSM components like Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management. Develop custom workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions to optimize service management processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust ServiceNow solutions. Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, and MID Server.

Support CMDB and service mapping initiatives, ensuring adherence to ITIL and CSDM standards. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes. Assist with UAT planning and execution.
