As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be instrumental in gathering and translating business requirements for ITOM processes. You will configure and customize ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. Responsibilities also include designing Discovery patterns, implementing Service Mapping for business services, configuring Event Management rules, managing CMDB architecture, and integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools via REST APIs and MID Servers.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 6-9 years of hands-on experience in ITSM/ITOM/CSM implementations and support. A strong background in configuring ITSM workflows, service catalog, and integrations is essential. Expertise in using Flow Designer for automation and supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments is required. A minimum of 5-8 years of experience with the ServiceNow Developer Platform is necessary for this role.
