Gather, analyze, and translate business and technical requirements for ITOM processes. Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, and Operational Intelligence. Design and maintain ServiceNow Discovery patterns for diverse infrastructure environments. Implement and support Service Mapping for business services, including dependency mapping. Configure Event Management rules, alerts, correlation policies, and integrate with monitoring tools. Work on CMDB architecture, CI class modeling, relationships, and health improvements. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST APIs, MID Servers, and event connectors.

A minimum of 6 to 9 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Developer Platform, specifically in ITSM/ITOM implementations, enhancements, and BAU support. Strong expertise in configuring ITSM workflows, service catalog, integrations, and automation using Flow Designer is essential. Proven experience in supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments. The role requires a graduate degree (UG & Above). You should possess deep knowledge of ITOM processes, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management, along with experience in CMDB architecture and third-party integrations via REST APIs and MID Servers.
