Implement and enhance ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/CSM solutions, providing critical BAU support. Configure ITSM workflows, service catalog, and integrations to optimize enterprise operations. Develop and automate processes using Flow Designer, ensuring robust enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments. Utilize ServiceNow SDK for application development and deployment, including local initialization and metadata transformation. Implement solutions using ServiceNow Fluent for application metadata and server-side JavaScript modules. Leverage Now Assist for Creator/GenAI to enhance code generation, development productivity, and workflow automation. Develop custom scoped applications within the ServiceNow platform. Conduct testing using ATF, build reports and dashboards, and manage data through Import Sets, Transformations, and Update Sets.

Requires 6-9 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and support, particularly in ITSM/ITOM. Must possess strong expertise in configuring ITSM workflows, service catalog, and integrations. Proficiency in using Flow Designer for automation and supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments is essential. Demonstrate 5-8 years of hands-on experience specifically with the ServiceNow Developer Platform. Familiarity with ServiceNow SDK (NOW SDK), ServiceNow Fluent, and Now Assist/GenAI is highly prioritized. Experience with platform development, including ACLs, server-side/client-side APIs, workflows, and email notifications. Skilled in custom scoped application development, testing (ATF), reports, dashboards, and data management (Import Sets, Transformations, Update Sets). Expertise in integrations using REST APIs and Orchestration. Knowledge of ITSM, CSM, and Event Management modules. Familiarity with MID Server, CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management. Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities. Proficiency in programming languages including Java, J2EE, Servlet, JSP, XML, AJAX, SQL, jQuery, and JavaScript. Web-based development technologies are also required.
