Deloitte seeks an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with a focus on ITOM/ITAM/GRC. This role requires 6-9 years of experience in implementing, enhancing, and providing ongoing support for ITSM/ITOM solutions.

- Implement and enhance ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM solutions, providing daily operational support. - Configure complex workflows, service catalogs, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform. - Develop and automate processes using Flow Designer. - Manage and support enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments. - Utilize NOW SDK, ServiceNow Fluent, and GenAI for efficient development and deployment. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Developer Platform. - Proficiency in NOW SDK, ServiceNow Fluent, and scoped application development. - Experience with Now Assist for Creator / GenAI is highly preferred. - Strong understanding of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, SLM). - Expertise in platform development including Flow Designer, ACLs, server-side/client-side APIs, workflows, and email notifications. - Familiarity with custom scoped application development. - Experience with testing frameworks (ATF), reports, dashboards, import sets, transformations, update sets, system clone, and upgrades. - Proven ability in integrating ServiceNow with other systems using REST APIs. - Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, and Event Management. - Programming skills in Java, J2EE, SQL, and JavaScript are beneficial. - Bachelor's degree (UG) or equivalent.
