This role is for a Senior Automation Engineer (SDET) focused on FMIS/HRIS, where you will design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test solutions. Utilizing UiPath Test Suite and Deloitte Ascend Test AI, your primary focus will be on end-to-end business process automation, comprehensive regression testing, efficient test data management, and fostering continuous quality engineering practices.

Design, develop, execute, and maintain robust automated test solutions using UiPath Test Suite and Deloitte Ascend Test AI. Focus on end-to-end business process automation, ensuring comprehensive coverage. Conduct thorough regression testing to maintain system integrity and identify defects. Implement effective test data management strategies for efficient testing. Drive continuous quality engineering initiatives throughout the development lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment using Jira.

Possess 6-9 years of professional experience in automation testing. Demonstrate strong proficiency with UiPath Test Suite and UiPath Studio. Experience in designing and maintaining automation frameworks is essential. Skilled in UI, API, and End-to-End test automation techniques. Proven ability in automated regression testing and test data management. Proficient in automation troubleshooting and debugging. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Experience with SQL and data validation is necessary. Proficiency in API testing, integration testing, REST APIs, JSON, and XML. Experience with Jira and Agile delivery methodologies is expected.
