Lead the architecture and development of scalable SAS Macro libraries for standardized analytical processes. Optimize large-scale SAS datasets and programs to enhance processing speed and resource efficiency. Implement advanced statistical modeling and predictive analytics using SAS/Stat and SAS/ETS. Design complex ETL workflows to integrate data from diverse sources (SQL, Oracle, Hadoop) into SAS environments. Develop advanced reporting solutions utilizing SAS ODS (RTF, HTML, Excel). Conduct in-depth data validation and quality assurance to guarantee high-fidelity analytical results. Provide technical mentorship, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for SAS programming.

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in advanced statistical programming with SAS (Base, Macros, Stat, Graph, SQL). Demonstrated expertise in SAS Macro programming and building modular, reusable code. Proven track record in optimizing large-scale SAS programs for performance and efficiency. Strong experience integrating SAS with external databases and enterprise data warehouses.
