Join our team as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) with OpenText. This role is crucial for implementing and optimizing invoice processing solutions. You will be instrumental in configuring complex SAP systems and integrating them with advanced document management and OCR technologies.

Key responsibilities include implementing and configuring SAP VIM, including document processing, invoice approval, and exception handling.

You will design and build workflows for PO and non-PO invoices, integrate VIM with OCR solutions like OpenText ICC/BCC, and configure approval matrices. Troubleshooting invoice failures and supporting interfaces with SAP FI/MM are also core duties. Additionally, you will train AP users and develop comprehensive documentation for VIM processes.

We require a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP VIM, specifically OpenText VIM 7.5+ or VIM 20.x. Strong SAP FI and MM knowledge is essential, particularly in LIV/MIRO, MIRO, FB60, and FB01.

Candidates must possess experience with ICC/BCC configuration, ABAP debugging for VIM BAPIs and BADIs, and a solid understanding of SAP Business Workflow. Knowledge of German invoice compliance and S/4HANA VIM experience is highly beneficial. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc, B.E/B.Tech) or an MBA is required.
