Join our team as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP VIM and OpenText. This role is based in Mumbai and focuses on delivering robust SAP solutions.

We are seeking an experienced professional to implement and configure SAP VIM, enhance workflows, and integrate with various OCR solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing invoice processing and ensuring seamless financial operations.

Implement and configure SAP VIM, including document processing, invoice approval, and exception handling. Design and develop workflows for PO and non-PO invoices using Process Builder and Agent rules. Integrate VIM with OCR solutions like OpenText ICC/BCC, ABBYY, or SAP Document Processing Service. Configure Chart of Authority, roles, and approval matrix for invoice posting and parking. Manage and resolve invoice exceptions through various dashboards and custom logic. Develop enhancements using BADI implementations and workflow extensions. Support interfaces with SAP FI/MM, Ariba, EDOC_COCKPIT, and external archives.

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP VIM and OpenText VIM (version 7.5+ or 20.x). Proficiency in SAP FI and MM, with strong knowledge of LIV/MIRO, MIRO, FB60, and FB01. Experience configuring DP Document Types, Process Types, and Process Options. Familiarity with ICC/BCC configuration and mapping to VIM. Strong ABAP debugging skills for VIM BAPIs and BADIs. A solid understanding of SAP Business Workflow and Agent Determination. Knowledge of German invoice compliance like ZUGFeRD and XRechnung. Experience with S/4HANA VIM, Fiori apps for VIM Analytics, and SAP Ariba integration with VIM. Experience with OpenText Extended ECM, Archive Server, and various e-invoicing mandates is a plus. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc, B.E/B.Tech) or an MBA is required.
