Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Senior SAP VIM Consultant, driving functional excellence and innovation. This role is crucial for enabling long-term growth through robust enterprise solutions.

As a key member of the team, you will leverage your extensive expertise in SAP solutions, particularly OpenText VIM and Accounts Payable automation. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes.

Lead end-to-end SAP VIM implementations, including rollouts, upgrades, and support projects. Configure and customize OpenText VIM solutions to meet specific business needs. Design and implement robust invoice capture, validation, and approval workflows, alongside exception handling and reporting.

Integrate SAP VIM seamlessly with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments. Collaborate closely with Finance and Accounts Payable stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Support configuration and troubleshooting for Document Processing (DP), Invoice Processing (IP), Business Centre, OCR/ICC, Archive Server, and workflow configurations. Perform root cause analysis for production issues and recommend process improvements.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with a minimum of 8 years of SAP experience and at least 8 years of hands-on OpenText VIM experience. Strong knowledge of SAP FI/AP processes, the invoice management lifecycle, OpenText VIM configuration, SAP Workflow, SAP Archive Link, and OCR/ICC solutions is essential.

Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments is required. Expertise in DP Document Types, VIM Process Types, Exception Handling, Approval Workflows, and Dashboard/Reporting is expected. Familiarity with IDOCs, BAPIs, SAP integration technologies, and ABAP debugging is also crucial. A solid understanding of Accounts Payable business processes is necessary.
