Join our team as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP VIM and OpenText. This role is crucial for implementing and optimizing VIM solutions within S/4HANA environments, focusing on enhancing document processing and automation.

This position offers a significant opportunity to leverage your expertise in VIM and OpenText to drive successful implementations and provide expert guidance to our clients. You will be instrumental in transforming business processes through advanced SAP functionalities.

Spearhead end-to-end VIM (OpenText) implementations within S/4HANA systems. Design and deploy information capture solutions leveraging SAP and OCR for efficient data extraction. Conduct post-installation activities and perform baseline VIM configurations, including inbound channels, content repositories, and business center mapping. Develop custom solutions for VIM functionalities such as validation skip, custom DP document type determination, service PO approval, and auto-upload of scanned invoices. Implement E-Invoicing interfaces to meet regulatory and business requirements. Configure return to vendor and blocked approval functionalities. Collaborate with business stakeholders, providing demonstrations and designing solutions to address functional gaps. Manage defects during Hypercare support and facilitate knowledge transfer to the support team.

A minimum of 7 years of relevant S/4HANA implementation experience is required. Proven experience in end-to-end VIM (OpenText) implementation within S/4HANA systems is essential. Proficiency in designing and implementing information capture for SAP using OCR extraction. Experience with post-installation activities and baseline VIM configuration, including inbound channels, IES, content repository, and business center mapping. Expertise in custom developments for VIM, such as skip validation steps, custom DP document type determination, and handling approvals. Demonstrated ability to design and implement E-Invoicing interfaces and manage functionalities like return to vendor and blocked approvals. Experience with OneSource-VIM integration for tax determination. Familiarity with business rules, exceptions, process types, role creation, and document type creation for PO and NPO invoice flows. Experience in performing and supporting FUT and SIT phases, including defect resolution. Ability to prepare process design documents, functional specifications, and test cases. Strong communication skills for direct engagement with business stakeholders and delivering demos. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/BE) is required.
