Seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant with extensive experience in SAP VIM and OpenText solutions to join our team. This role involves end-to-end implementation of VIM within S/4HANA environments, focusing on optimizing invoice processing and information capture.

Spearhead end-to-end VIM (OpenText) implementations on S/4HANA, including designing and implementing OCR-based information capture. Configure inbound channels, content repositories, and business centers. Develop custom solutions for skip validations, document type determination, and invoice approvals.

Design and implement e-invoicing interfaces, return-to-vendor processes, and blocked approval functionalities. Integrate with OneSource for tax determination. Define business rules, manage exceptions, and create document types for various invoice flows. Conduct Full User Testing (FUT) and support System Integration Testing (SIT), resolving defects and preparing comprehensive documentation.

A minimum of 7 years of relevant S/4HANA implementation experience is essential. Proven expertise in end-to-end VIM (OpenText) implementation within S/4HANA systems is required. Experience with OCR extraction, baseline VIM configuration (inbound channels, IES, content repository), and custom developments such as validation skips and custom DP document type determination is crucial.

Familiarity with e-invoicing interfaces, return-to-vendor functionality, and OneSource-VIM integration is necessary. Ability to prepare process design documents, functional specifications, and test cases, along with strong communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and provide demos. Experience in defect resolution and hypercare support is also key.
