As a Senior SAP TM Consultant, you will spearhead SAP TM workstreams across implementation, rollout, and support projects, particularly within SAP S/4HANA environments. You'll conduct business workshops, design and configure complex SAP TM solutions including freight management and cost optimization, and lead integration efforts with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

Key responsibilities include driving transportation network optimization, managing carrier onboarding and EDI integrations, preparing functional specifications, and leading Fit-Gap analysis and testing. You will also mentor junior consultants and promote SAP TM best practices.

We are seeking candidates with 8-12 years of SAP experience, including a minimum of 5 years focused on SAP TM consulting. Proven success in SAP TM implementation and support projects, ideally in SAP S/4HANA, is essential. Strong expertise in core SAP TM functionalities, transportation optimization, and integration with modules like SAP EWM, SD, MM, and GTS is required.

Experience with carrier EDI, transportation platforms, and master data setup is crucial. The role demands excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with SAP TM or S/4HANA Supply Chain certifications being a strong advantage.
