As a Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in shaping transportation strategies and enhancing network efficiency. Your expertise will guide the successful implementation and delivery of complex SAP TM projects, contributing to the company's long-term success.

Own the complete SAP Transportation Management (TM) workstream, including strategy and network optimization. Lead intricate SAP TM configurations for key areas like Freight Orders, Charge Management, and Master Data. Drive seamless integration testing with SAP EWM, carrier systems, and payment solutions. Facilitate workshops to identify process improvements and boost transportation efficiency. Manage carrier onboarding and system integration activities. Provide strategic guidance on logistics network optimization and cost reduction. Ensure readiness for cutover and go-live, including user training and support. Mentor and guide TM consultants and project team members.

Requires a minimum of 8 years of SAP experience with a strong focus on SAP Transportation Management (TM). Proven experience in SAP TM implementation, rollout, and support projects is essential. Possess deep functional knowledge of freight execution, charge calculation, and network optimization. Demonstrate strong experience integrating SAP TM with SAP EWM, S/4HANA, and third-party logistics platforms. Ability to lead client workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into effective SAP TM solutions is crucial. Experience managing complex global logistics operations and multi-modal transportation is highly valued. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills are required. Exposure to logistics cost optimization and transportation strategy initiatives is a significant plus.
