Seeking a seasoned SAP Transportation Management (TM) Senior Consultant with 6-9 years of robust experience. This role is pivotal in driving SAP TM implementations, configurations, integrations, and ongoing support.

The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of transportation planning, execution, freight settlement, and seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and other critical logistics modules. This is an on-site position based in Bengaluru, offering a dynamic environment within Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP.

Lead and contribute to SAP TM implementation projects, rollouts, enhancements, and support activities.

Translate complex business needs into effective SAP TM solutions through thorough analysis.

Configure and manage core TM processes including Transportation Planning, Execution, and Freight Settlement.

Handle essential TM components such as Freight Orders, Freight Units, and Transportation Proposals.

Optimize planning strategies using tools like the Transportation Cockpit, Planning Profiles, and Selection Profiles.

Manage Carrier Selection, Tendering, Scheduling, and Route Planning functionalities.

Configure and support Charge Calculation, Freight Agreements, and the Freight Settlement process.

Ensure smooth integration of SAP TM with SAP S/4HANA, SD, MM, EWM, and FI modules, utilizing CIF, PPF, APIs, web services, and middleware as needed.

Maintain and support crucial master data, including locations, transportation lanes, carriers, and business partners.

Actively participate in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases.

Perform root-cause analysis for production issues and implement timely resolutions.

Develop functional specifications and collaborate closely with technical/ABAP teams for development tasks.

Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and mentor junior consultants.

Foster strong collaboration with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and both offshore and onshore teams.

Demonstrate 6-9 years of extensive SAP experience with a strong focus on SAP TM hands-on configuration and implementation.

Possess a solid understanding of SAP TM architecture and end-to-end transportation processes.

Showcase practical experience in: - Transportation Planning - Transportation Execution - Freight Order/Freight Unit management - Carrier Selection & Tendering - Transportation Cockpit utilization - Freight Calculation and Settlement - Transportation Charge Management - Master Data setup and Transportation Network configuration.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA TM is highly desirable.

Exhibit a good grasp of integrations with SAP SD, MM, EWM, and FI modules.

Familiarity with PPF, BRF+, APIs, and integration frameworks is expected.

Proven ability in configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support is essential.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are a must.

Previous experience in SAP TM implementation or global rollout projects is beneficial.

Exposure to embedded TM and/or decentralized TM environments is a plus.

Knowledge of SAP EWM-TM integration scenarios is advantageous.

Experience with S/4HANA migration or transformation projects is a plus.

Exhibit excellent stakeholder and client communication skills.

Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline is required.

An SAP TM certification will be considered an added advantage.
