Lead the end-to-end development and optimization of process intelligence pipelines, dashboards, and analytical models. Design scalable, enterprise-grade technical solutions and architectures aligned with industry best practices. Establish and refine Key Performance Indicator (KPI) frameworks across various business functions, focusing on efficiency and service level agreements. Develop executive-ready dashboards and automated insights to drive performance management. Leverage deep functional knowledge of SAP modules to analyze process variations and identify root causes. Provide data-driven recommendations with quantified value propositions and improvement roadmaps. Ensure robust data governance and security standards across all analytics and integration layers. Create best-practice documentation, reusable assets, and standard operating procedures. Facilitate workshops and leadership discussions to drive value realization with senior stakeholders. Mentor and guide junior consultants to foster team growth and analytical expertise.

A minimum of 6 years of experience in any SAP functional module is required. Possess at least 4 years of experience in process analytics, process mining, or enterprise process transformation, including at least one full end-to-end Signavio Process Intelligence implementation. Demonstrate deep expertise with SAP Signavio Process Intelligence and Process Insights. Exhibit a strong understanding of SAP functional modules and comprehensive end-to-end business process flows. Proven experience in designing dashboards, governance frameworks, and reusable analytical assets. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate complex datasets into clear business narratives. Successfully led senior stakeholder conversations and conducted structured workshops. Considered advantageous is an MBA, CA, or BE educational qualification. Exposure to enterprise transformation programs and large-scale change initiatives is beneficial. Experience collaborating with cross-functional leadership teams and global process owners is expected.
