Join our SAP team as a Senior Consultant in Bengaluru and drive functional excellence and innovation for our clients. You will be instrumental in building strong client relationships and exceeding expectations.

This role focuses on delivering cutting-edge solutions in SAP Security and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Access Control, leveraging both cloud and on-premises technologies.

As a Senior Consultant, you will manage SAP Cloud IAG, IAS, and IPS, alongside performing Access Risk Analysis (ARA) to mitigate Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts. You will also design and implement automated Access Request Management (ARM) workflows and configure Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.

Furthermore, you will develop and maintain security roles across diverse SAP environments including ECC, S/4HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors, and BTP. Preparing comprehensive user access reports for audits and ensuring adherence to compliance standards are also key responsibilities.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of experience in SAP security. A deep understanding of SAP IAG (standard and Bridge mode) is essential, coupled with strong knowledge of legacy SAP GRC Access Control and its integration with cloud solutions.

Familiarity with SAP BTP security, Identity Lifecycle Management, and hybrid system connectors is required. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is a prerequisite for this role.
